* Daily operation and monitoring of Building Management System (BMS).
* Monitor HVAC equipment such as AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers through BMS.
* Observe alarms, acknowledge them, and inform seniors for corrective action.
* Maintain daily BMS log sheets and reports.
* Support senior engineers in BMS troubleshooting and system optimization.
* Coordinate with vendors during maintenance or rectification work.
* Ensure proper functioning of sensors, actuators, and field devices.
* Follow SOPs, safety norms, and shift handover procedures.
Technical Knowledge (Basic)
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
* Basic knowledge of BMS controllers and field devices.
* Awareness of communication protocols (BACnet / Modbus – basic level).
* Ability to read simple control drawings and layouts.
* Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word and power point
Educational Qualification
* Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
Skills Required
* Willingness to learn and adapt.
* Good observation and reporting skills.
* Basic communication and coordination ability.
* Ability to work in 24*7 shifts.
