We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Leasing professional with deep knowledge of the Gurugram commercial real estate market and, most importantly, a strong existing corporate network.
This is a revenue-driven role for someone who knows the market, knows the decision-makers, and has a proven ability to originate and close commercial leasing transactions.
What We Need:-
* 8–10+ years of strong experience in Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Leasing.
* An established network of corporates, occupiers, CRE teams, Admin/Facility Heads, CXOs and key decision-makers.
* Proven ability to generate mandates, bring new corporate clients and close large leasing transactions.
* Excellent knowledge of Gurugram’s commercial office market, key developments, landlords and occupiers.
* Strong track record of business generation and revenue growth in previous organizations.
* Exceptional networking, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
* Experience with a leading IPC, reputed real estate consultancy, developer or commercial leasing organization is strongly preferred.
