Job Description

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our performance marketing ecosystem. This role is focused on high-quality lead generation, campaign efficiency, and ROI-driven growth across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and capable of independently managing and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, Taboola, and LinkedIn Ads, while working closely with Sales, CRM, and Creative teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Quality & Revenue Control
  • Audit lead data daily to identify invalid leads, bots, and wastage
  • Monitor Cost Per Site Visit (CPSV) and ensure smooth lead movement from Ads to CRM
  • Identify and fix API, tracking, and attribution issues
  • Performance Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across:
  • Google Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Taboola
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and manage negative keywords
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and pacing to maximize ROI
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Review lead quality with Sales teams and recalibrate targeting based on feedback
  • Audit WhatsApp and Email automation journeys, especially for leads older than 30 days
  • Coordinate with the Design team for A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
  • Strategy, Testing & Growth
  • Run small-budget pilot tests (“stress tests”) on new channels and formats
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and develop counter-strategies
  • Prepare lead vs. budget planning and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills
  • PGDM / MBA with a Digital Marketing certification
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and ROI tracking
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple platforms independently
