We are looking for an experienced GeM Portal & IT Tender Expert who can handle government tenders and online bidding processes, especially related to IT services. The candidate should have hands-on experience in tender application, documentation, and submission through the GeM portal and other government platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end tendering process on GeM and other government portals
* Identify relevant IT tenders and evaluate eligibility criteria
* Prepare and submit online tender applications
* Handle technical and commercial documentation for tenders
* Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with requirements
* Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documents, and approvals
* Track tender status and follow up for updates
* Maintain records of all tender submissions and documents
* Stay updated with government tender rules and GeM guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (IT/Commerce preferred)
* 3–5 years of experience in GeM portal & government tendering
* Strong knowledge of IT service tenders and applications
* Hands-on experience in online tender submission
* Understanding of technical & commercial bid preparation
* Familiarity with government procurement processes
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
