• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase mall footfall, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, radio, outdoor media, influencer marketing, and in-mall branding.
• Conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns, festivals, promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brands and tenants for joint marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Increase tenant participation in mall marketing activities to drive store-level sales.
• Lead the planning and execution of entertainment events, activations, celebrity appearances, and experiential marketing programs.
• Manage the mall's digital presence, including social media platforms, website, online campaigns, and content strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics and prepare ROI reports with actionable insights.
• Develop, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget while ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, media houses, event partners, PR agencies, and vendors for timely execution of campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communication and customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend studies to identify innovative marketing opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve organizational and departmental objectives.
• Prepare presentations and marketing proposals for prospective brands, business partners, and management.
Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent professional expertise.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Mall Marketing, Retail Marketing, Shopping Centre Marketing, or Commercial Real Estate Marketing.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media marketing, and event management.
• Proven experience in planning and executing high-footfall campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.
