Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow within the branch.
2. Manage patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
3. Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technicians, doctors) to streamline operations.
5. Maintain and update operational reports, performance records, and documentation.
6. Supervise inventory, stock levels, and procurement of medical/diagnostic supplies.
7. Support the management team in implementing operational policies and process improvements.
8. Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
9. Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety regulations.
10. Assist in training new staff regarding operational protocols.
11. Track and report daily/weekly operational metrics to management.
12. Resolve operational issues promptly to avoid service disruptions.
13. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth functioning.
14. Support the operations manager in planning and execution of new initiatives.
15. Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial reconciliation tasks.
16. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the center for patient visits.
17. Ensure timely maintenance of equipment and operational assets.
18. Conduct quality checks to ensure standard service delivery.
19. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation.
20. Represent the company professionally while interacting with patients and partners.
