Job Description

We are looking for a well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented Personal Butler to provide personalized hospitality support to the Chairman/MD and VIP guests. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional etiquette, discretion, and a proactive approach to service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to Chairman/MD and VIP guests.
  • Serve tea, coffee, meals, and refreshments with premium presentation.
  • Manage meeting room setup and hospitality arrangements.
  • Maintain pantry hygiene, inventory, and service standards.
  • Welcome and assist VIP visitors professionally.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Administration & Security teams.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional etiquette.
  • Train support staff on hospitality and service standards.
