Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth at our manufacturing unit. The role involves managing existing clients while actively generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Generate new leads and convert them into business
  • Regular follow-ups with clients for orders and payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales (preferably in electrical/lighting industry)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp communication
  • Ability to handle both field work and in-office coordination
