We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professionals to handle key financial operations including MIS reporting, banking coordination, payments processing, audit support, and accounting entries. The candidates will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations across different functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance (MIS & Banking)
● Preparation and analysis of MIS reports and financial data
● Data analysis for business decision support
● Coordination with banks for loans and financial transactions
● Loan reconciliation and account monitoring
2. Payments
● Handling day-to-day payment processes
● Bank coordination for transactions
● Preparation of cheques and processing online payments
● Managing RTGS, NEFT, and other banking transactions
3. Audit (CA Firm Coordination)
● Coordination with internal/external auditors
● Ledger reconciliation and verification
● Follow-ups for audit queries and confirmations
● Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
4. Journal Voucher (Accounting)
● Passing journal voucher (JV) entries
● Ledger reconciliation and accuracy checks
● Follow-up on bills and supporting documents
● Maintaining proper accounting records
Key Skills Required
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
● Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
● Good understanding of banking operations (RTGS, NEFT, loans)
● Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
● Strong coordination and communication skills
● Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
● Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / MBA in Finance
● Experience in real estate or similar industry is an advantage
