Key Responsibilities:
• Build, lead, and mentor the HVAC/MEP design team.
• Coordinate MEP design with clients, architects, contractors, and PMC throughout project phases.
• Plan project sequencing, scheduling, and monitor overall progress.
• Ensure quality control and design compliance with standards and specifications.
• Oversee site control coordination from the office.
• Use basic project management tools to track tasks and deliverables.
• Apply strong knowledge of MEP design systems and HVAC principles per ASHRAE/ISHRAE/NBC.
Required Skills:
• 10+ years’ experience in HVAC/MEP design and coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and team leadership skills.
• Proven expertise in HVAC design standards and compliance.
