We are looking for an experienced and energetic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, patient inquiries, and appointment coordination.
Job Responsibilities
● Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
● Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services and appointments.
● Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and follow-ups.
● Provide information about treatments, consultations, and clinic services.
● Follow up with prospective and existing patients to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
● Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
● Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
Required Skills
● Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Strong, convincing and customer-handling abilities.
● Good listening and interpersonal skills.
● Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
● Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
● Professional attitude and positive approach toward patients.
Qualification
● Graduated in any discipline.
● Relevant experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, clinic, or call center operations will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
● 2–4 years of telecalling/customer support experience.
● Experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
● Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
● Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
