● Enforce HSE procedures and ensure workers follow safety requirements.
Technical Skills
● Basic knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
● MEP drawing and shop drawing reading.
● Installation of MEP systems and equipment.
● Cable tray, conduit, and cable installation.
● Pipe installation, supports, and fittings.
● Duct installation and insulation.
● Installation of pumps, AHU, FCU, and other MEP equipment.
● Testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
Site Supervision Skills
● Supervising technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other workers.
● Daily work planning and manpower allocation.
● Monitoring work according to drawings and specifications.
● Checking material usage and availability.
● Coordinating with subcontractors and other trades.
● Maintaining daily progress reports and site records.
Documentation & Quality
● Reading shop drawings and as-built drawings.
● Basic BOQ and quantity checking.
● Inspection Request (IR) preparation.
● Basic knowledge of Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
● Snagging and rectification.
● Quality control and HSE requirements.
Qualification & Experience
● Qualification: ITI
● Experience: 5–10 years of relevant MEP site experience.
● Strong knowledge of MEP installation and site supervision.
● Good team management and coordination skills.
● Ability to read drawings and ensure work is executed as per specifications.
