To ensure that contractors labour carry out the work, consider all safety measures, like use of helmets, safety belts, gum boots, net etc.
To ensure that all the vehicles, like tractor, JCB etc. working at site are with fitness certificate and driver has license to run the same and vehicles are in good condition.
To prepare necessary weekly reports regarding safety measures, safety drills etc.
To check that the contractor carries out the work with proper barricades and without disturbing the running of the existing factory.
To report to Site In charge or any other person appointed by him.
Any other work is required to ensure that work is completed without any accident and safety problems.
