Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our interior fit-out and turnkey commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects
  • Generate leads through networking, consultants, architects, PMC firms, and corporate clients
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
  • Meet potential clients to understand requirements and present company capabilities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and lead commercial negotiations
  • Coordinate with design and project teams for technical and execution inputs
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Track market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
Requirements
  • 6–10+ years of business development experience in interior fit-out / turnkey commercial projects
  • Strong professional network with corporate clients, architects, and consultants
  • Proven track record of closing commercial interior projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage high-value contracts and client discussions
  • Strong understanding of interior project costing and execution
  • Self-driven, target-oriented professional mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil / Construction
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience handling corporate and commercial clients
