Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installation and commissioning works across our project locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling electrical systems for construction or industrial projects, with proven experience in MEP-focused roles. The position requires hands-on supervision, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across various teams to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of key power infrastructure including transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, and substation components.
  • Conduct erection of double-pole structures and transformer substations in accordance with site requirements.
  • Oversee underground and overhead cable laying activities in alignment with approved project drawings while accommodating site-specific conditions.
  • Manage reconductoring and replacement of HT/LT lines, installation of new double pole structures, and erection of spun poles.
  • Inspect and supervise all cable termination and identification work to ensure quality and accuracy across internal and external wiring systems.
Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, testing, and commissioning within construction or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution practices, and electrical safety standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams.
